Health Insurance Options
Sabio Systems is committed to supporting the well-being of our employees. While we do not currently offer an active health insurance plan, we are actively developing health insurance options with a target rollout in 2026. Benefits and eligibility may change as plans evolve, so we encourage you to contact our team for the latest updates and information.
Direct Deposit Convenience
We know reliable pay matters. With direct deposit, you enjoy faster access to your funds, immediate activation, and a smooth payment experience. Setup is simple using a direct deposit form and a voided check.
If you prefer receiving a live check, you may pick it up at our Albuquerque office once available.
MyPay Access 24/7
Our contractors benefit from MyPay, a secure online platform providing round the clock access to electronic paystubs. With automated text and email alerts, you always know when you’ve been paid. You can download or print your paystubs anytime, eliminating extra paperwork or delays.
Overtime, Holiday Pay, and Bonus Pay
Sabio Systems believes great work deserves recognition. Some employees may qualify for additional earnings based on hours worked and assignment history. All overtime must be approved in advance by your on site manager.
Holiday Pay Eligibility
You qualify for Holiday Pay if you meet the following:
- Worked at least 1,000 hours within the previous 52 weeks
- Worked at least 24 hours in the week before and the week of the holiday
Eligible employees receive eight hours of Holiday Pay at their current hourly rate.
Bonus Pay Eligibility
You qualify for Bonus Pay if you meet the following:
- Worked at least 1,500 hours
- Had no assignment break longer than 20 weeks
Bonus Pay is equal to your weekly average hours at your current hourly rate.
Recognized Holidays
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Requests for Holiday Pay or Bonus Pay must be submitted in writing to payroll. Management may adjust these offerings at any time as needed.
