Attendance and Punctuality

Our clients trust Sabio Systems for reliable, high-performing talent. Arriving on time and communicating proactively reflects the professionalism we are known for. If you anticipate being absent or late, contact your on-site supervisor and your Sabio Systems recruiter before 8:00 a.m. Failure to notify will be treated as job abandonment. Absences of two consecutive days require a doctor's note. Consistent reliability strengthens your standing for future placements and shows clients why Sabio talent stands out.

Professional Appearance

Sabio Systems employees are expected to maintain a polished and professional appearance that reflects our reputation for excellence. Business professional attire is recommended unless instructed otherwise. Avoid leggings, ripped or stained clothing, tank tops, flip flops, and hoodies. When in doubt, consult your supervisor. Presenting yourself professionally reinforces the quality standard our firm is known for.

Job Duties and Expectations

If your assignment duties change or extend beyond the original description, notify your Sabio Systems recruiter. Our team advocates for you and ensures expectations remain fair and aligned. Any performance-related actions during an assignment follow client policy, but Sabio Systems is always available to support and guide you through challenges.

Electronic Usage

To maintain the trust of our clients, personal phone use should be limited to breaks, lunch, or emergencies. Do not connect personal devices to client equipment or networks without written approval. Personal use of company email, phone systems, internet, or data platforms is prohibited. This protects client security and upholds the professional standards we are known for statewide.

Confidentiality Requirements

As a firm trusted by businesses across Albuquerque and New Mexico, confidentiality is essential. All documents, data, reports, and information accessed during your assignment must remain secure and confidential. These materials belong to the client and cannot be copied, removed, or shared under any circumstances.

Proper Use of Company Property

Use Sabio Systems and client property responsibly and only for work-related purposes. Unauthorized use or removal of equipment, office supplies, or electronic systems is not permitted. Maintaining integrity and respecting client property reinforces the professionalism that sets Sabio Systems apart in the regional staffing industry.

Timesheet Submission

Submit your weekly timesheet by the end of business day each Monday to ensure timely payroll processing. Late submissions may delay payment. Accuracy and honesty in time reporting are essential and required to remain in good standing.

Assignment Completion and Resignation

If you cannot complete an assignment, provide at least five business days notice. Staying in communication with your recruiter ensures stronger future opportunities and helps us maintain the high level of service that Sabio Systems is recognized for. Failure to check in after your assignment ends will be considered a voluntary resignation.

Drug Free Workplace Standards
